Where is the box office located and what are the opening times
The box office is located at the venue and is open for ticket collections on the day of the event when doors open, you are un able to collect tickets during the day.

Do you have a cloakroom and how much is it?
We have 2 cloakrooms at the venue which can cater for coats and bags, it is £2.50 per item.

What is the closest tube station?
The closest tube station is Brixton on the Victoria Line a 5 minute walk from the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Can I bring a professional camera to the venue?
No professional cameras are permitted in the venue without a valid photo pass.
Selfie sticks are not permitted in the venue.

Age Restriction
Where a gig is listed as 14 + under 16’s with an adult - they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 with valid photo ID.

How do I apply for a job at the venue?

I have left my coat in the cloakroom, what should I do?
Please send an email to lost@electricbrixton.uk.com with a description of the item and the cloakroom ticket number. Please be aware the office is not open on the weekends so you will receive a response after 10.30am on a Monday.

I have lost an item in the venue, what shall I do?
Please email lost@electricbrixton.uk.com with a full description of the item and a member of staff will get back to you on the next working day after the event after 10.30am.

I purchased tickets for myself and a group of my friends, do we have to enter together?
Yes, we require that you enter the club with your friends and that everyone provides valid ID upon entry

Is there disabled access?
Yes, on the lower level of the venue only.

I am disabled and wish to claim a ticket for my carer, how do I do this?
We advise our customers to contact the venue via telephone on 0207 274 2290 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am-6pm to check availability of disabled access and seating. Our venue is classed as a standing only venue and have limited availability for wheelchairs & seating which we bring out on some live music events. Once the venue has confirmed availability for a free carer ticket you can purchase a ticket through our authorised ticket agents. Please then send us the confirmation of the ticket purchased via email to info@electricbrixton.uk.com and we would put your names on a collection list at the box office so that the Security & Venue Manager is aware of your arrival that night.

How do I book a VIP table?
Please email vip@electricbrixton.uk.com with the event name you wish to attend and the number of people attending.

I want to privately hire the venue, how do I go about doing so?

Is there a dress code?
Electric Brixton operates a casual dress code so jeans and trainers are allowed. If you'd like to check if a particular item of clothing is allowed - please email info@electricbrixton.uk.com

Is there an atm in the venue?
Yes we have one located in the main foyer

What do you accept as valid ID?
Electric Brixton requires everyone to show valid ID: either a Driver’s Licence or Passport (International passports are accepted). We also accept the PASS scheme as valid ID.

Can I eat and smoke at the venue?
An outdoor smoking courtyard is provided with seating, and a small selection of snacks can be purchased from all bars.

Can I bring medication?
If you need medication with you for the time you will be at the venue then this is fine to bring with you, We would suggest you have your medication in a sealed package and make it known to security on arrival. If you are carrying any medication with contains sharp needles please make it known to a manager or medic on arrival. If you have any special medical related requirements do try and let us know in advance.
